The beauty that is Woodbury is commonly perceived as our greatest asset. Yes, we are a "typical" small New England town (population 9,466), complete with its white churches, historical residences, antique shops and a myriad of other businesses.

The greatest assets are, in fact, the people of Woodbury, the children in our award winning school system, the parents who raise them, the volunteers who spend countless hours freely giving of their time for the betterment of the community, the business community which provides for our wants and needs, the town's employees who insure our health and safety and finally the town's visitors.

Please feel free to explore our town and our history. You can click on a selection on the left to learn about our history, our government and other aspects of the Town of Woodbury.
