What we do
Plans, organizes and administers the personnel, employee relations, policies, benefits, labor relations, occupational safety and risk management programs of the Town and provides related consultative services to employees. Collaborates with the First Selectman regarding staffing and staff training needs. Provides assistance to the Selectmen’s Administrative Assistant as needed. |
